My son made the local newspaper here in Liberty,Texas!! He called us and told us that he was being interviewed but didnt know when it was coming out. He is stationed at Ft Meade in Maryland. By the way, my hand is feeling alot better so I am able to type with 3 fingers on right hand along with left hand...
My Army son made the News!
Congratulations to you all! He must be a very talented musician as it's very difficult to make it through the music auditions in the Army. I have a friend who plays trombone in an Army band. She's currently stationed in AZ.
He's cute too.
cute? he is HANDSOME!!!...lol...he has never had a girlfriend yet....don't think he ever will have one since he travels too much...
What a handsome young man.... with a good head on his shoulders, not just pretty! lol
I am impressed that he was that focused on what he wanted to do.
Thank him (and you) for his service to this grand country. It is appreciated.
Now, his sister will be off to Iraq?
My daughter is in Iraq right now. She left on Sept 5,2010. Her hubby will be leaving in January2011. AND...I will get the grandson!! Now sure when his parents will be back home next year either.. but he will be riding my school bus with me since he will be in kindergarten here in Liberty!!...lol...
Bless you! Your children are truly dedicated and your grandson will be in good hands. They are fortunate to have you.
Glad too that your hand is on the mend.

What a nice tribute! Recently I was in D.C. and saw the Navy band play. It was amazing to see how talented they were as I am sure your son is.
What a nice article, and such a sweet nod to his music teacher. Hope he stays safe, as well as your daughter and SIL.
Congratulations to you and your Son, Nadine.
