Can anyone depict what species of Epiphyllum this plant might be? It somewhat resembles an oxypetallum but the plant did not come with a named tag when I purchased it.

Not Oxypetalum, but it may have that in it. I would just leave it at NOID until it blooms, but based on the number of hybrids it can be hard to pin one down.
