Too much whipping cream

My daughter brought over heavy cream for making ice cream yesterday, however, she brought way too much and now I have two half gallon containers of cream to use. Any suggestions? Even we can't eat that much cream, whipped or not!! I thought of butter, but that's a last resort. Suggestions welcome.
