Growing Episcia for show question

I currently have 5 Episicias and would like to show at least one at the annual show and sale this winter. I know multiple plants can be potted together, or a single multi-crowned plant can be shown. My question is: In pots with multiple plants do all the plants have to be single crowned or can they themselves be multi-crowned?
