My very young kerii surprised me with her first bloom. The vine is getting rather long though so I feel like repotting her to give her more stability and support and some room for the roots. I wonder will it make her stop blooming? I'd really liked to see some more! Will appreciate any suggestions
Oooops, sorry for the typo

Pepotting hoya in bloom
I wouldn't...I'd wait 'til she was done blooming...Hoyas are so fussy about things like that.
Keep in mind that a lot of Hoyas actually prefer to be root bound...
you could put the smaller pot inside a larger pot and fill the void with grit or sand...Its a good place to put the canes too as they wont get wet
I'm not very experienced with hoyas but what I already learned was you never knew what to expect from them lol. I have an extremely pot bound polyneura, she is 5-6 y.o. but never bloomed for me. The kerrii is several month old and started blooming already, go figure! Thanks for advice, it's good to hear from experts. I just thought her pot was too small, like 4-5 in. and it would be even more difficult to repot later, when she gets bigger....
