Bought this from a seed catalogue listed as Aubergine 'Turkish Red'. Grew well in my greenhouse and made lovely red fruits but they taste so bitter. Just interested to see if anyone had the same/or difference experience

I think they're meant for decorations. I've seen them used in flower arrangements.
Yeah. I did read that they're used in that way sometimes . Makes sense, the plants I fed and watered for all those weeks are decorating my compost heap now. I won't be recommending them as a veg crop, that's for sure.
