Phoebe, Kingbird, Flycatcher? I have no idea.

I have lots of pictures of this bird, but I couldn't get the sun behind me and the bird in front of me, so they're not very good. In this picture, I asked him to look at me and he did, so he has his head cocked downward toward me.

I'd go for Eastern Phoebe, juvenile. That yellowish belly is a good character for juvs of this.
