Rudbeckia nitida " where to get- when to plant

Is the plant R. nitida "Herbstsonne"? If so, can anyone tell me where i can get it for fall planting? or is better for spring planting?

yes indeed it is - and i was very surprised to find four beauties at Home Depot! Maybe too dismissive but whoda thunk it. I seems that their fall stock is way above what i have seen previously - quality and selection
