Note: Oops spelling error - strategy.
In late May early June I started some Alexandria(?) and Mignonette seeds. I planted them in a 36 cell tray and all but 4 sells did well. I've transplanted them into 3-4 inch pots, about a week or two ago, gave some away and am left with 14 pots. With September a few days away I'm not sure if I should plant them outdoors when they outgrow the pots or let them stay indoors until Spring. Any advice?
I live in a condo with a covered deck and porch. Both provide some shelter from wind and weather. I also have a south facing winter that gets loads of direct sun and one that gets some. I have 14 plants in total so I could try some outdoors and some indoors. I also have a load of seeds I could try fall sowing.

when you say "outdoors" are you talking about in the ground or in outdoor pots?
In pots. The seedlings are 3 inches tall and I don't know if it's safe for them to be outdoors.
