I want to be sure before I label it. I first thought Hutton's Vireo, but after seeing photo, I'm not sure.

Yep, a vireo, but Cassin's, not Hutton's - note the strong wingbars, greenish tones on the back and wings, and less 'dumpy' overall shape.

Cool! That's new bird here #52 since the creek rehab started in '05. And a lifer for me!
When I saw the photo I thought it a bit sleek to be Hutton's.
Thanks, Resin. I only had a really quick glimpse of the bird, and was lucky to get this shot. It landed right in front of me (I was in the blind) and wasn't happy to see me. Saw it again today, but no chance for any images.
