pixydish's dahlia coccinea

I was just reading the show me your banana thread and came across pics of Melissa's dahlia coccinea. She said hers died, but that someone out there might have seeds or survivors?

Mine died too. :(

I was going to surprise you and Pixy because I thought they might be the ones. They are so pretty.

If you can get a start off for me, I will love you forever. (not that I wouldn't anyway, but it sounded good... LOL) I was so sad when mine didn't make it.

Lynn, that's lovely! The dahlias I gave people seed from were a nice magenta color. Did they come true from seed? I have a ton of plants for the roundup. I'm starting a new thread asking people to put their names on them so I'll know what to bring and what to compost.
