Wanted at digging time: Canna Bulbs

I will gladly send postage for canna bulbs. I am looking for the verigated leaf kind.

What do you have to trade....I have "Striped Beauty" canna..............Striped foliage w/ really nice yellow blooms, I can dig just before shipping.

mj, when do they bloom for you? I have never been "home" to see mine bloom.

Striped Beauty (which I believe is also called Bangkok?) is blooming right now in Santa Rosa, CA (zone 9?)

These pretty much bloom all Summer if we're getting good rain. I don't dig them up for the winter, They just die back and re sprout in the spring.

Thanks, I brought one back with me to NY, it never bloomed this summer, guess i'll bring it back to FL to see if it will bloom there this winter.

I would love to find some cannas I don't have. I do have some very tall orange I could send for postage. I need striped beauty and any red or yellow blooms.

From the posts, I can't tell if (June 2007) you are looking for cannas with striped foliage or a series that has a stripe in the blossom. I have the short bright pink ones with large double blossoms, the tall ones with the brownish red foliage with the small red flowers, and the tall ones with the small red flowers and the plain green foliage. Pictures is medium height with orange spots on yellow blooms.
