In moving the vine this morning I broke off a fruit.....it is about the size of a basketball and it broke off right where the stem goes into the squash....there isn't even a portion of the stem there....please help!! what should I do with this fruit??? Thank you, Deb

If it broke off, it probably was ready to do so, if it is edible, cook it and enjoy
