AV Leaves for trade, Ma's White Elephant and Fairy Fountains

Barbourville, KY(Zone 7a)

Last winter during an ice storm we lost power for a few days. Among the casualties was my collection of AV's. I salvaged these two. I had resolved not to amass another group like I had again, but as fall approaches and I look at these two survivors I find myself wishing for just a couple more.
Would anyone be interested in trading leaves for leaves?
Thanks for looking,
Alana

i'd be interested as i am just starting back into av's. On vacation in NJ, live in fl.so if you still have to trade in end of Sept. --- i'd have a few plantlets --- if they survive the babysitters care. helene

Helene, let me know if you still want to trade when you get back to your plants this fall. I should have plantlets of Fairy Fountains then.
You are right; mrsbonnie is very kind!
mrsbonnie, my tastes in AV's is pretty varied. My favorite all time in my collection was Irish Whisper which is a pale beige pink with green edges. Whites and pastels are my favorite tones and I love ones with more than one color or contrasting edging. I don't really have a preference for girl or boy foliage and I like mini's and trailers just as well as standards. I had started collected Ma's varieties and had several of them.
Thank you both for responding!

I have to agree with all of the accolades for Bonnie. What a thoughtful person she is. I know she selected each leaf she sent me because it matched my preferences and I am very grateful.
I thought I was through with African Violets, but I have a feeling I am just getting started again.
Thank you Bonnie!

you are more than welcome.. I think we all go thru that, thinking we are finished with growing violets at one time or another, but then we usually get them back again but usually a little more selective. I grow alot of gessies & really love it.
