Is This Lady Baltimore?

I'm looking for confirmation on whether this is Lady Baltimore or not? At very least, I need to know if it's hardy or tropical. Thanks!

I have several Lord Baltimore Hibiscus & they do not look anything like your lady Baltimore. The Lord Baltimore has 5 large slim peddles & is a very bright red.

It's definitely a hardy and looks like a good match for Lady Baltimore (although I'm not sure if there are other similar looking cultivars) http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/37923/
