We just moved into a new house and had to leave my beautiful flower garden behind. I'm trying to re-plant a whole new landscaping from scratch AGAIN.
WANTED Rose of Sharon
I can help ..... at least with rose of sharon
d-mail me
Pat, dmail me your new addy, I have ROS.
What plants are you looking for or interested in besides ROS if any?
OK peeps
Time to help Pat. She has been generous to others in the past.
Her new residence is in or near Othella, WA
Pat, please provide a brief description of your property .... do you have any shade? How much sun do you get?
what is your new hardiness zone?
I'll get it measured and posted today after church with all the particulars. Thanks!
My landscape was almost completely erradicated during extensive exterior renovations 2 years ago.
I am in the process of establishing my landscape.
I am on the frugal side so my progess is slow.
I just walked my property .... not much at the present to contribute besides Rose of Sharon and ! baby azealea.
Can you use or want any seeds?
No, I was just gonna send you something to help you start your gardens if I have it. List some plants you like or would like to have.
merrymath, If you have extra baby azealea that you need a home for I would be interested in getting a couple. Check my list and see if I have anything you need. Most of what I ahve is seeds.
We got company and I didn't make it out to the garden. I'll have to measure tomorrow.
I do not want to get too much stuff right NOW, much of where I want to plant isn't ready yet. The place for 5 Rose of Sharon's IS ready. According to most sources we are in 5B and 1100 altitude and only 8.5 inches of water a year. Thank goodness for irrigation!
OK, when you get ready for more plants then maybe I can help.
I'm sending Rose of Sharon, White Chiffon and a single pink don't know the name until it blooms, one of two in my nieces yard. We're both in zone 5 so should transplant easily.
Ok, if they are going thru mail please send to the PO box listed or they will get detoured to Spokane before being sent on to the PO. Thanks so much Mittsy!
Mittsy, the Rose of Sharon arrived safely and I have it's new location all ready for it! I scoping out the locations for the bluebird too, getting it ready too!
I have 3 trees that will have to get taken down. 2 are dead and the other one is not looking good. I hate to think of the expense BUT!!! It will give me more room to plant what I WANT. The trees were in the border along the back fence, a prefect place for large flowering bushes.
Just for your information the pink will either be Minerva or Aphrodite. Glad they arrived ok. Will get back to you when we are in KY.
mittsy, are you coming to KY??
Yeppers, gonna visit my grandsons in Owensboro.
