Does anyone have and use a Potty Patch for your dog?

I need some help. I've used a Potty Patch for my 2 Shih Tzus puppies for the pass 5 months. They use it very well. The problem is the odor. I can clean it every day but the odor is hard to get rid of. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to use to neutralize the odor, or will I have to just throw it away and retrain the dogs? They've gotten used to it and it comes in handy when the weather is really bad.

I've tried cleaning it with various things like the Oxy Clean Stain and Odor Remover found in Walmart, Mean Green, Kitchen Cleaner with Chlorox. HELP!!! PLEASE!!!! I've read where Vinegar and water followed by Hydrogen Peroxide is good. Has anyone tried this?
