My perennial Hibiscus all grow so tall and then they fall over on the grown. can they be pruned in the spring and , if you do prune them will they still bloom? I stake them and tie them and they look awful like that... How can I make them grow shorter ??? and stand up on their own.

You may find some helpful suggestions in this thread http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1114143/
Super Phosphate is suppose to increase blooms. Epsom Salt is suppose to form stronger stems. I think I will try both. I have about 20 also and this year a bunch of seed pods on the Moi Grande. I am also rooting cuttings. Should keep me busy this winter, if we ever have winter.
