Ha Ha not too cold here! And yes I have plenty of wood. Tornado went through May 2009 so plenty of oak to cut,clear and sell.Lots of rocks in this part digging holes is quite a chore.Been roughing it so far,but have made progress.Priced 6" cedar logs this morning for cabin.32*32 1,400$ not bad @ all and all the help to put it all together,for a few cold ones.Working on procuring propane fridge,have all my solar stuff etc.water tank and other niceties.Also one stray black lab to keep the coyote's at bay. All for now
What does 32*32 mean? Curious to know how many 6" logs you are getting for $1400.
good question Darius, i was thinkin the same thing .. i think 32*32 is the cabin size.. 6 in. dia. logs .. but yeah .. how many of what for 1,400 bucks ... course i could be totaly wrong in my translation of that too .. LOL

Thank you for your concern,rather remote area but have managed to make it one year as of cinco di mayo.alot of infrastructue in place much more to do.cleared wind blown trees,procured many used tires for raised bed garden all in good shape now. For it has rained eight inches in last four days,not too good. lots of high water and washed out roads. but I will perservere.Hope all all is well with all .
