CLOSED: Hoping for a Glossy Ibis

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

I cropped these photos like crazy but can't tell if it's a Glossy or White-faced Ibis. Glossy would be new bird for me. What do you think? Saw them at Anahuac Wildlife Refuge.

Impossible to tell the difference at this range - immature White-faced doesn't have the red eye or white face border that adults do. Since you're well within the range of White-faced, and outside the normal range of Glossy, safest to assume they're likely White-faced.

Guess the only reliable way of getting Glossy in TX is to find one with a ring on its leg to prove its origin.

I was pretty sure it had to be a White-faced, but a girl can hope.
