CLOSED: Common or Least Tern

I'm questioning the difference because of the leg color. I'm sure it's a youth because of size so it may not have it's full crown yet.

What do you all think?

Tough call on this pic - any more of it, particularly showing the upperwing pattern? If no, I suspect it'll have to remain just tern (sp.).

That last photo has me at Least Tern a juvenile.

Edited to add: not 100% on that Id, but with white bird's try (spot metering) seems to help with white birds.
