Hi, these two photos I believe are of the same bird taken from a great distance from a boat.
The first should help with the bill, it looks like an albatross to me.
The second shows the color variations.
They were taken in the last few days, about 4 miles off shore in Key Largo Florida.

The photo's aren't real clear but the one in the first photo may be a Frigatebird, the others look like Gulls of some sort but I'm not sure.
The ones with the black heads do look like magnificant's, but the ones with the white head and shoulders is the one that is also throwing me off.
All frigatebirds; the only frigatebird in Florida is Magnificent Frigatebird, so that's what they are. The ones with white heads are young birds up to 1-2 years old, the ones with black heads and white breast are older females. Any all-black are adult male.
