Lord Baltimore or Disco Belle Red?

I've compared this with both and can't tell what to look for for a positve ID. They both look like good possibilities. The plant is about 5 feet tall.

Lord Baltimore has a cannabis like leaf so this plant can’t be Lord Baltimore.
