what kind of hawk is this

this guy has been hanging around my yard.he is driving my cardinals and other birds crazy.he makes quiet almost peeping noise's

heres another pic sorry so blurry,maybe he'll be around tomorrow then i can get some better pics.

Possibly a juvenile Red-shouldered Hawk.

I'd go for Red-shouldered Hawk too, but more pics will help.

one more,this guy is so cool. are you sure he's a r.s. hawk? i also got hummers on the feeders :)

i suck at taking bird pics,cant keep my hands steady.dont know how you guys do it. lets see if you can spot the hawk in this pic.

Still can't be 100% on your Id...maybe another can Id it this time. Try leaning against a tree or sitting at a table while photographing...camera stillness makes a big difference....or you can purchase a tripod or mono-pod which is even better.
