what kind of hawk is this

Still can't be 100% on your Id...maybe another can Id it this time. Try leaning against a tree or sitting at a table while photographing...camera stillness makes a big difference....or you can purchase a tripod or mono-pod which is even better.

Thanks! Given the unbarred secondaries, I'm changing to probable Broad-winged Hawk, tho' not 100% definite.
