Well, we pulled the trigger and adopted another rescue boxer. Gooch AKA Sugar Rae is a six to seven year old female boxer. Her past life was less than envious having been in a puppy mill and having had an unknown but huge number of litters. She isn't the flashiest or prettiest boxer we have had but she is incredibly sweet and trusting. After all the horrible things human beings have done to her I am flabbergasted that she is so loving and on day one has accepted us as family. We are just thrilled with her and are looking forward to many years with our new companion. We still miss Morgan but having a new baby to spoil and become a member of the family helps with the loss.
