i think i remember it --the one you said is a favarite of yours--but i want to make sure before i prepare it tonight
i am using chicken tenders
ok
brown a few chopped onions in lots of butter
put the butter/onions in a glass dish and add the chicken
bake till done-add salt/pepper

i think i cover it for a while but not sure
also am i right that the chicken cooks in the oven and not browned first on stove?
