Bird Feeder Thief

I hang my feeders from a long steel wire stretched between two trees in an attempt to critter proof them. as you can see from the following photos, critters are clever. Here's Rocky racoon scoping out the situation.

having eaten his fill, Rocky prepares to make his creep. BTW, just below out of view is a fully loaded live trap which he studiously avoided!

I think your pictures are just adorable! What a smartie this one is. It looks awful young to trap and move to another area, but I can see why you'd want to.
