well now the thing has about taken over the garden gate as well as all of the fence the squash it produces are pretty good ,,it seems to be very resistant to the borers but is still bothered by the Blister Bettles...

Today I baked one of the large mature squash ..I cut off the neck and peeled it ,ran it thru a food chopper and use it to stuff the large seed part after removeing the seeds ..Mixed the chopped part with a orange sause made from orange juice and splenda and thickened with some corn starch baked at 170° for 1-1/4 hours turned out pretty good but not as good as baked sweet potato..But what is...
