Seller relisted for the same exact birds I already paid for. I didn't pay right the second I bought them because dinner was ready and then got a bath. I have paid for this item to SkyBlueEgg
auction # 964413704. I had problems with this woman earlier in the year. I bought in advance 15 Chicks in mid January and after pitching a fit she sent 8 in mid May, 1 was doa and only refunded part of my money after I exposed her on the chicken forums. I see via picture of what she is selling and I need the Tufted Rooster to improve on the all non tufted chicks she sent in May when there was supposed have been part tufted chicks.
She refunded my money. I use buy it now again and paid again immediately this time. She has relisted the birds a third time but as of this writing I have not gotten another refund and won't buy the auction again until she does. It is a sad day when you need something and she is the only person you can get it from. If I get this rooster I won't have to deal with her anymore
Thank you

I receive another refund and she blocked me from bidding and put a note to quit bidding on her birds, to go buy them somewhere else. Well how stupid does she think I am. If I could get them somewhere else I would never deal with her again. She sent me all non tufted chicks. IF I aam going to get any tufted chicks I have to have something with tufts to breed too
I e-mail her this if it is not blocked there too.
you can't refused to sell to me on a Public Auction when I followed the auction rules and have done nothing wrong or just because you don't like me. I paid immediately. You are going to leave yourself wide open to a law suit if you keep it up. I have to have something to go with the chicks you sent me since none are tufted and most are roo's. When I purchased them I thought I was buying top of the line and some were supposed to be tufted. I got none tufted and 1 partial tailed and 1 died the next day.
I notified BidBird as to what you are doing to me and told them of our past problems
The Araucana Saga continues
this rooster is what I need but really don't need another rooster but need the tufts

response from BidBird
Hello Donna,
First off I would like to thank you for registering at bidBird auctions. I am
sorry that there is a problem here and it puts us in a sticky situation. Mrs.
Charles had contacted us and mentioned that she wishes no further contact with
you through this site or elsewhere. We can not force her to sell to you. Once
again please try and understand that I do not like being put in this situation
but please respect her wishes not to be contacted or have her auctions bid on by
you. I could try and put some feelers out there to find similar birds from
another breeder if you wish.

My response
it is a open public online auction allowing everyone to bid and I paid what was asked for the auction. I have not broken any of the Auctions rules. It is not legal to do this as far as I know. I will get advise from FIL ASAP. He is a retired Attorney in Fla. not for this kind of thing but he should know something or someone who does or he could possibly handle it if I decide to pursue the matter. If Mrs Charles hadn't rooked me on frozen eggs sent with no heat in December with a promise of more that never happened. I decided just to buy chicks that were supposed to be top of the line but not what I got. I need that tufted Rooster but really don't need another rooseter since she sent me 4 out of the 7 chick. I am going to have to breed my own but can't without a nice tufted bird. These are better quality than most people sell so I am stuck with dealing with her since no one else with quality bird is selling the bantam. Only the large Fowl. I am pretty much stuck with dealing with her. I didn't contact her until the second refund when she told me to stop bidding on her birds and go buy them somewhere else. She has already rooked me twice and it isn't going to happen again if I can help it.
Thanks for your time and ear
Donna
When you say this bird is what I need you should say, this bird is what I want, you can live without him. There is lots of other breeds and breeders. Don't put yourself through this. Make yourself a cup a tea and go sit outside and watch the birds you do have. Not everybody plays by the rules, have you driven on the freeway lately.
Wow.. I agree with Kenboy this time. Take a breather.. Maby get someone else to buy for you. Sounds like it's not going to be resolved by trying to force her to sell to you. Too bad it turned out so negative.
You hear that, this time, lol, I am usually the one that won't let it rest. Donna I understand you have money invested but some times it is best to just accept the lose and head in a new direction. Back in 1998 or 99 we had over 150 peafowl, 14 colors of Call ducks and 34 breeds of chickens. Then in the Spring of that year, the USPS decided not to ship birds anymore. We were taking show quality birds and getting pennies on the dollar to every auction we could find. Problem was, every other bird breeder that was trying to breed good quality birds was doing the same thing. Finely, people who were breeding rare and endangered species, convinced congress that it would cripple the efforts of people who were trying to save these endangered species and they forced the USPS to continue shipping Birds. Too late for us, we had already got out of the business, lots of money down the USPS drain.
it wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to listen to DH complain about wasting all his hard earned overtime money. I think I am more trying to get him off my back than satisfy myself. I called FIL this weekend to check into it for me but haven't heard back. He is a retired Attorney in Fl.
