I'll start
We're having a Spanish Rice & Ham Frittata (I haven't made this in years and I don't remember if we liked it or not!), a side of Balsamic marinated vidalias + tomatoes + fresh mozzarella grilled, and some crusty French rolls.
If I get really ambitious, I might top it off with a cheater cheesecake topped with fresh nectarines and a peach glaze...the poor man's version of Emeril's luscious-looking mascarpone cheesecake recipe published in a recent issue of Organic Gardening.
Considering it's 5:30 I better get busy, huh?
