Ah, I don't really recall. Was just sort of a quick flight to a short tree, then to this, then off.

This terrible photo was part of continuous shooting… likes to fly through the grass.

Hard to tell...its either an Eastern Wood Pewee or one of the Empidonax Flycatcher's. Was there a wooded area nearby? That's where I always hear the Pewee's.

there is some wooded area on the property, but this was in the mostly grassy area. Once in a while there are clumps of trees, there was one nearby in this photo. And to the right is a wet area with sedge.

I'll check more pix, burd but clearly this picture was beyond the reach of my lens, so didn't capture details as much.
