I'd leave it as they do like to be a bit potbound , I find. Mine haven't been repotted at all in over 5 years and are huge. When I bought them some were growing in only an inch of mix left in the pot. They are epiphytes after all, used to just growing on trees.
Do not repot. 77 Sunset is right!! They like to be rootbound. I have one that is 34 years old!!!!!!!!
I would not repot, but I would take out the rocks and replace it with more soil.
