CLOSED: Phoebe?

Not great shots, but I hope enough for an ID. There were 2 of these birds, at dusk, chasing insects.
This was as close as I could get!
Phoebe?

Really? I don't have any photos that clearly show the tip of the tail, which would help tell if he's a Kingbird, huh?.
Here's one other with a bit more light.

Still thinking Eastern Kingbird...I can just see the white edges along the tip of the tail in that last shot.
