Would this Monarch be able to fly ???

Hello everyone !!! I found this newly eclosed Monarch this morning on the floor still wet and starting to get covered with ants. Needless to say I rescued it. I wasn't going to let one of my babies die like that. The problem here is that one of her hindwings hardened halfway folded. I am not sure that she'll be able to straighten it and I tried but it definetely bother the butterfly so I let it be. Will she be able to fly or would I have to care for her??? So far she can't fly. Here is is picture for you to judge and any advice will be appreciated.

I'm happy to inform that this Monarch was able to fly away. I kept it inside over night and this morning took it out and before I could put it on the Pentas or Lantana hoping for it to drink some nectar she took off with no problems. Today I had another 11 butterflies eclose for me. I'm a verry happy butterfly lover. I even saw some break the chrysalis and expand their wings.
