I have leaves that I stuck and they appear to have rooted. When I give them a gently tug, they resist. Does anyone know about how long after that before new growth/plantlets appear? and when is the best time to transplant the little guys? This is my first time multiplying AVs.

LOL!! Your guess is as good as ours :) Sometimes they will start popping up about a month after they root and sometimes longer. I stuck a leaf back in Oct and I am just now seeing those little mouse ears emerge. If you are growing a standard, you will want to wait until the leaves get about the size of a nickel before you start separating them.
