wireless outside microphone and outdoor speaker

Is anyone familiar with a unit that would come with a wireless outdoor microphone and an electric receiver/speaker for inside to record bird sounds? We have a customer that had this type of set up and it was called a "bird bug". However, the company that manufactured the bird bug has gone out of business.

I'm familiar with items that could be jerry rigged, but the customer really wants a system that will come completely put together. I appreciate any help the forum could provide.

It's not wireless though. Somewhere a few years ago, I saw a monitor that was wireless for outdoor use. it was like a baby monitor and was two way, so you could yell at the neighbor's dog if it was in your yard. Unfortunately, I can't remember where i saw it or the name of it.

Plenty of security system options though if they want to spend money.
