MY ALL TIME FAV PLANT. I'VE BEEN BORROWING SEEDS FOR THIS PLANT FOR 30 YEARS!!! I LOVE IT!! I COLLECT SEEDS AND TAKE THEM HOME. SOMETIMES NOT PLANTING FOR MONTHS. BUT THEN THEY PRODUCE THE MOST LOVELY BLOOMS. HAVE TO KEEP IN LARGE POTS. THEY DON'T FAIR WELL IN GA WINTERS.

Holy Giant Spider Lily! It's beautiful, looks like it's very own firework display. You say this grows from seeds, I need to find some of these before I finish filling my (for now) empty backyard.

I have a couple of these plants, and have split them to make a border by my garage. What I would like to know is are there any like these that bloom red? I have seem some somewhere and they were blooming red with the same kind of foliege. But didn't stop to ask about them...I love the foliege..........
