I've been a member since 2004. I've been unemployed for a long time now and cannot afford to renew my membership to Dave's at this time. To save money, however, I can send a small, priority mail box (roughly 6 x 7 x 7" or there abouts, not the small flat rate box) of named Sempervivum and Jovibarba plants in exchange for someone renewing a yearly membership in my name. This box size is big enough to hold starts of about 10-16 different kinds of Hen & Chicks, either multiple chicks or a hen with a number of attached chicks or you could get larger numbers of fewer kinds. I'll pay postage at this end. This is probably a $40 or $50 dollar value if you buy this many named varieties commercially.
I have over 100 different kinds of named semps and jovi's in my collection, although some are limited in quantity. I'll send you a list, if you want and we can negotiate varieties or you can send me a list of what you have and I can fill the box with what you don't have.

And please let us know what "they" say...I know 2 other members of long-standing that are in very similar conditions and their memberships will expire next month...It would be wonderful if we could keep such good friends and traders...
