I have had this plant for about 2 years. It is 18 inches tall. Just recently it put out 5 pups which I repotted seperately - all doing well. I expected mom would die at that point but she is still growing. What can I expect to happen?

bananas dont die off till they produce bananas. I have had some produce offsets and not die off till the bananas form.
Makes sense. I guess I was thinking that there are many smaller Bananas that will not bloom as a house plant. But, maybe it does not die until it at least tries.
