on our ride home from southern texas we stopped and bought a jar of thick sliced bread and butter pickles mixed with mild pickled jalapenos---just tried them on our sandwiches and they are wonderful! might see if i find them on allrecipes.com--
--only problem is the jar is narrow and not very much in there--but i am going to save the juice--not sure how i will use it---maybe just add a drained jar of bread and butter slices and mild jalapeno and let it sit for a while
pickles and jalapenos!
