hurricane help

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

I am around 2 miles as the bird flies from the gulf. Rita and Ike were horrendous. I left for Rita but not for Ike. I was terrified and will never do that again. I have a lady who rents a room from me who is super nice.

We need a place to go incase a hurricane is headed for our area. I need an escape plan and do not know where to start. If anyone has a home they would open up to us if we need it I would sure be relieved to know we could be safe.

Non smokers and right now no pets but fish and they will have to fend for themselves. :o) I hate that but one is 2 feet long. :o)

Hey 99 - As of 10AM this morning Alex looks to be missing you. You'll have some rain but nothing like a hurricane....YEAH!!!!

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

Yeah!!! I am in the hospital again so I should have been safe anyway. Thanks.

I was mostly hoping to find a spot for future times like this.

Blessings,
Sandy

You really must stop these hospital visits.........they are not good for you!

When will they spring you?

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Sandy! Please take care of yourself and get better quickly.

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

I am not sure when I will be sprung but I trust there judgement. I really needed to be here to have meds tweaked. I am sure I won't be here too long.

Then off to my garden land to enjoy ;o)

Magnolia, TX(Zone 8b)

Some people will just do anything to keep fr coming to see me!!!
We have planned for Sandy to come out to my house the last two times she has gone to the hosp. Tried to spring her over the 3rd & 4th, promised to take her back after the fireworks but the Dr wouldn't hear of it!
I'm like ya'll! She needs to stay out of those ole hosps! But hopefully, it was that gall bladder that has been causing problems on & off & she just didn't know it!!!
So, maybe now she will come to see me!!!
:~)
