Not 100% sure... but looks like it could be a Northern Parula.

Probably not Northern Parula, that should have a yellow throat as well as breast. Don't think it's possible to be certain of anything here, I can't even tell for sure if it is a warbler or a vireo.

That's why I said not 100% sure (the throat) I couldn't figure it out either.

Well your first pic would have been the best shot for an Id...unfortunately I would label this one unidentifiable.

I read the exif data on your pictures...I would raise/keep your ISO at 400. But we all have those days when it just isn't going to happen as far as a pic goes.
