Please post your recipes for party Chicken Wings......

I LOVE wings! However--when I make them--I have never even come close to the way they taste in restaurants/bars. What am I missing???? OK! I do not have a deep fryer--that might be one of the things....

I went to BJ's yesterday and they had marked down all the 3lb. packages of Purdue Chicken Wings to .99cents/lb. WHOLE wings, not just the little halves. WHY? Because the next day was the "sell by" date.

These wings were vacuum packed and ready to freeze in portions of five. Perforated so you could just tear them apart.

Well--I "pigged out" and bought 3 of these packages. That equals 9lbs. They are all in my freezer now......torn apart in sections of five. I cannot believe I found the room.....It is always full.

How do YOU fix wings? My personal preference is the Honey BQ'd kind. Buffalo wings I cannot do! Too spicy--but I would still love to see all kinds of recipes.....
