Wonky weather creates seedling jungle

I have three cedar pots and I planted a load of seeds on a typical windy day in Puget Sound not too long ago. I had planned to space them properly but the wind was so bad that half the seeds blew away and well, I think I know where they landed.

Except for the knee hi sweet peas I'm not sure what is what. My dad is pretty sure it's all weeds lol.

Edited to add ... the Lupine, I can identify those!

Lots of life! Are you going to separate them all?

I'd like to leave them be because I'm afraid I'd do more harm than good if I tried that.

Love the thread title.
Do leave them mixed up, it will be about impossible to sort them and this will be a totally original combination. You should probably thin them a bit, though. I didn't one year and really regretted it. I ended up with a bunch of teeny tiny "90lb weakling" plants that didn't bloom well.

Looks like you are going to have a riot of color! I recognize some snapdragons and some california poppies? You will have a lot of fun seeing what is what as it blooms I bet....

I did have some of those seeds. I had a several packets of flower seeds, mostly stuff to attract hummingbirds and butterflies. We have an issue with certain bugs (leafhoppers and aphids for starts.) By the time I walked away the wind had emptied pretty much all the packets, I just thought they'd germinate outside the pot.

The seeds:
butterfly/hummingbird mix
butterfly weed mix
lupine
knee hi sweet peas
snapdragons
mallow
agastache
aster
columbine (I noticed some seedlings!!)

You might have invented a new way to make a beautiful container.

An I wrong, or do I see some poppies in there too.?

I had two types of poppies - shirley and california
Not sure if I had any others.

Updated to add new photos. Here are my three jungle pots.

I followed advice to thin seedlings but I didn't do it well enough. Then we were so busy with trips to the ocean that I forgot to water them for 2 or 3 days, when we had 90 degree weather.

I've found the deer seem to like the bachelor buttons, which is fine by me.

Tiki -- I love them -- lush and varied foliage, with flowers to boot.

They look great.
