Betcha more than one person not familiar with the meaning of 'BARF' is reading this with interest ..
Have fed Lilly our Westie Freshstart Raw since she was 8 weeks old.
We pick up our wee Westie boy Piper on June 29th .. he will be a few days short of 8 weeks. The breeder is NOT a fan of raw .. in fact I haven't even mentioned that to him because I am afraid he'd hand me back my deposit !!
Piper will come home with some kind of puppy kibble, and, try as I might ..I can't remember how we started Lilly out on it.
I 'think' we gave her kibble at one meal and raw at the other 2 .. then .. upped it to 3 raw meals after a week.
Anyone have some suggestions ?
