Baby turkey has neck problem

Conroe, TX

We hatched two baby turkeys, one is fine but the other seems to have trouble with its neck. It picks up its head and will go over backward. Its like it can't control the neck well.
Does anyone know what causes this and will it get better or worse as the turkay gets older? I read they can have leg problems when they hatch, but I haven't found anything on necks.

I had an Ameraucana chick that threw it's head back when it took a drink.. falling over most of the time.. I thought it wouldn't make it, but it's fine now... grew out of it rather quickly.

I've also lost a few chicks to "flipping" like that..

I really have no idea about that in turkeys though. I hope it's okay.

It's really strange, its like the neck is loose or broken, it can't seem to control holding it up without it going backward and then falling over. So far this morning it still is upright and still has trouble. My husband is thinking the momma hen may have hurt it accidentally when it was trying to hatch.
