I grew swiss chard in the garden this year. I had never tasted
it, let alone cooked with it! I happened to catch Rachel Ray this
morning making a side with it so I used her technique - very simple
cook in EVOO (I added butter) and add a little Worcestershire, salt
and pepper. It was OK but not terrific. Just a little bland.
I browsed the web a bit for recipes - some have parmesean cheese
and/or cream. Any other ideas? How do you cook with swiss chard?
