CLOSED: Some type of Grebe?

Took this yesterday. Thought it was a grebe when I took the photo, but nothing in my book matches. I cropped this way too much, so sorry for the bad pic. I'll post the uncropped version too and one showing his butt. Thanks for your help.

OK, I think I've answered my own question. My book didn't give a juvi description at all, so assumed they looked the same as their parents, but I just did an online search, and it looks like a have an immature Pied-billed Grebe. I'll wait for confirmation before I close. I'm kind of disappointed. Thought I had something exotic!
