Nice. I'm always amazed at how fast the hardy hibiscus take off with growth North of here.

Looks like some kind of bacterial leaf spot, from foliage remaining too damp (especially overnight) and.or poorer air circulation from things being a bit too close together. Just remove that foliage and any other dead foliage, on the plant or on the ground in the area, to decrease the chances of it spreading. If plants seem to be pretty close together you might want to space them further apart to give them better air circulation.
