how do you all use your vadalias?
i just roasted a few for later use (pizza topping/hamburger topping?)
and i made a recipe this morning for a spinach and onion crustless quiche but i was curious about how others use them-
-i did go to their website but didn't like how the recipe section was set up--besides its fun to find out what my dave's friends do
